CTGA’S Fast-Clean is perfect for cleaning plates for Corrugated printing. The machine works horizontally, processing in a non-stop sequence plate after plate, delivering them perfectly clean, dry and never damaged during the processing phase. On average, the total processing time of a plate with 67″ width is of 4 minutes and 30 seconds.
Some competitor machines process a second plate after having completely carried out the processing of the first plate, washing it in an inefficient way and delivering a wet and sometimes damaged plate. Considering the high production cost of a corrugated plate, CTGA’s Fast-Clean can save you a lot of money, time and headaches.
Options:
Advisable options are the free wheels Output Conveyor and the SFW (a special filtering system) that extends the life of the detergent and keeps the machine cleaner, bringing the downtime for necessary maintenance operations from every 7 to 15 days.
